Field Notes

Description:

One marmot seen on top of rocky outcropping. Probably a sub adult, but no other marmots seen

Habitat:

Large rock outcropping on the top/ side of wickersham Dome. Typical alpine habitat, not any noticeable growing forage yet

Notes:

We also saw a bumble bee. No other marmot activity on the dome and several know burrows are still buried in snow
