I think I should get a special badge for being the first person to post a recipe for a spotted organism. ;) But on the other-hand no, because I don't want to encourage people to start posting recipes for bandicoots or raccoons.
8 oz oyster mushrooms 1 Tablespoon garlic 2 teaspoons olive oil 1 teaspoon rosemary (minced) 1 tablespoon butter 2 teaspoons flour 1/4 cup white wine 1 Tablespoon soy sauce Saute garlic in oil for 20 seconds. Add mushrooms and saute for 3 minutes. Add rosemary, and butter until melted. Add remaining ingredients and cook until liquid is slightly thickened (about 4 minutes).
Yes, you are right, they looked like oysters.
