Description:

The male had a green head and brown body, in the first picture, you can see the female splashing water as she prepares to take off. In the second picture, you see the back of the male as he is flying up.

Habitat:

Found in a creek.

Notes:

I saw this while doing a science project, I was lucky enough to be fast enough to catch these two ducks.
