Hmmm, these ladies look like Boat-tail Grackle females to me, but Arizona is not in their natural range. In Arizona they would be Great-tailed Grackle females, I guess; maybe is the picture but they look to me kind of light brown and small for Great-tailed??? Is the location correct?
