Description:

A very small leafhopper (3 mm), so shiny and small that resembles a fairy. It is very hard to take a picture of it and this is the only picture I was able to get clear enough.

Amazon rainforest

Hi Gustavo, I believe this is a Derbid Planthopper, Family Derbidae. The closest we have up here in North America that looks similar is from Genus Cedusa, ,most of them are blueish and have that same unique shape (though I am not sure if that is the Genus of your Hopper).
