Field Notes

Description:

12 eggs found by my Daughter on her yard, in the bottom of an Elder tree, she think they are duck eggs, her hunting dogs scared the mama, she has not come back in 48 hours. She went and purchase an incubator and that is where they are now.....They are 2 inches long by 1 and a half inches wide.

Notes:

Day 23 of 28.... After candle/light trying It seems the 12 eggs are all viable at this Point .. (April 26, 2016)
Update 8 ducklings alive and well. May 2nd 2016

Nice spotting, and great story...Well Done!
SukanyaDatta. All healthy, they think my Daughter is their mom, so now she has the nickname "Mama Duck", she took them swimming and they did great including the one with a deformed foot. Now they are in a special Park where they will take care of them and be happy forever. I will post a Video soon.
Hey! Great news...it was very kind of your daughter to buy an incubator and save their lives...please post a photo when the ducklings become proper ducks.
