Description:

Some Kingfisher. This was my "insurance shot" but the bird left before I could get a better picture.

Habitat:

Pond nearby. Mixed open areas and forest.

Ringed shouldn't show the patterning on the wings. I agree with Stian - Green Kingfisher.
If the colors are accurate on this shot I would lean toward Ringed Kingfisher based on the amount of white visible on the nape and the larger size of the bill in comparison to the head.
