Although beautiful, Lantana camara has been listed as a Category One "Invasive Toxic Species" in Florida by the Florida Exotic Pest Plant Council.

Very widely spread indeed. It is considered an invasive species in the United States.
It seems this species is widely spreaded around the globe, it is also very common in southern China.
