I have spent too long on these in the last 2 weeks and feel more lost than ever. In favour of Campion it seems generally the most found genus (just) but I think they are poorly worked here and very often misnamed. Here's some other genus with red pterostigma http://www.brisbaneinsects.com/brisbane_lacewings/Mantispide.htm and I also found Spaminta. So much work to be done.

Hmm, good question, Mark. Please, note my "?"! Maybe just a shot into the darkness of Mantispidae, maybe just for initiating a discussion? My focus was the reddish part on the wings, and after looking around, most or all with this reddish part are called Campion. That's all and maybe I am completely out of the row with my suggestion. I nevertheless made a suggestion for others to start and check as well.
