Description:

Saw these right as we were leaving Yellowstone on our way to Alaska on the Alaskan Highway. We saw a few herds of up to 40 on the side of the road

Habitat:

Grassy area between the road and a wooded area. This part, as most of the Alaskan Highway, was fairly natural aside from the road itself.
