Description:

The colour of Hygrocybe laeta is a dingy orange-brown with the gills a grey to salmon pink colour. Striations around the cap edge help distinguish it from the similarly coloured Hygrocybe pratensis both of which are considered common (2014). stem viscid but cap dry. maybe 5cm high and 2-2.5cm across.
