I am not sure what is in the third photo, but it would be great if you could make a separate spotting for the trillium, especially since it is a rare species!
The first photo is definitely a jack-in-the-pulpit. The second photo looks like a snow trillium (Trillium nivale), which is threatened in WI. Below is a resource for the trillium. http://dnr.wi.gov/topic/EndangeredResources/Plants.asp?mode=detail&SpecCode=PMLIL200L0
