Description:

Small spider about 6mm size. Very brightly colored with metallic sheen.
According to Nat geo, these are among the very few organisms able to detect ultraviolet radiation in the UVB range. They actively use this in their mating display.

Habitat:

Spotted on a banana leaf in a plantation close to a forested area.
