Description:

The Fox squirrel eating side by side with the Eastern Gray Squirrel and the Black Squirrel, they are non-territorial. The Fox Squirrel is larger than its neighbors, reddish color on underbelly, red and gray fur on back.

Habitat:

Open forest land of pine and oak trees with little undergrowth.
