Yep, the big fish is indeed a stoplight parrotfish! The cleaner fish will be some kind of neon goby, as cleaner wrasse are only found in the Indian and Pacific Oceans. These gobies fit the same ecological niche as the wrasse though! They're hard to ID, so I'd make this spotting about the stoplight parrotfish, but it's a really cool behaviour you've caught here!
