Field Notes

Description:

Beautiful duck spending some time near a pond in the countryside.
The blue part of its feathers could easily be appreciated and it started moving its wings in a gentle and fascinating way.

Habitat:

South America.

Notes:

I tend to think it is an amazonetta brasiliensis as it has the blue part of the feathers, however, I doubt as due to the color of its beak...Supposedly it is either grey or orange and this one seems to have a mixture...
