Description:

A 15 mm long wasp with red head, black thorax and abdomen.

Habitat:

At night under strong lights.

Notes:

Male? This one is similar with ovipositor length the most obvious difference

I think yours is the same as this one. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/8310351 I agree it is Callibracon sp.
