Description:

Sprawling perennial native to Texas. Dark wine colored cups on slender stems. Flowers close at evening and permanently after pollination. Alternate palmate leaves.

Habitat:

On a rock wall in a wildlife habitat garden.

Notes:

This is one of my favorite native plants :)
