Description:

All dark brown or you can say blackish-brown, with whitish patches in primaries visible in flight (Check the 2 photo); sexes are alike
Photo taken at Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania

Habitat:

Open dry grassland, often around termite hill

Notes:

1. Generally this bird is confused with Sooty Chat
2. They excavates a nest burrow in a termite hill, ant-bear hole or warthog hole.
