It looks like a breeding Chipping Sparrow (Spizella passerina). Do you remember if there were two white bars on the wings? I think I can almost see one, but in between the shadow and the blur I can't tall for sure.
It could be a tan-striped White-throated Sparrow (Zonotrichia albicollis) or a Song Sparrow (Melospiza melodia). I'm leaning towards White-throated, but it's hard to tell from this pic.
