Field Notes

Habitat:

This Cotton Stainer was spotted in our backyard on wild grasses and weeds which had sprung up at the start of the rainy season.

Notes:

These photos were taken in June, 2016 when my interest in our local biodiversity was fairly new. I quickly learned that if you want to have a chance of identifying your bugs, a dorsal photo is usually pretty essential.
