Description:

Bliuestreak Fusiliers waiting for their turn to be cleaned by Cleaner Wrasse (Labroides dimidiatus)

This picture shows the 2 variations of the Bluestreak Fusilier - Pterocaesio tile.

First variation is the silvery blue; several dark scale row stripes on back, wider dark stripe below, irisdescent blue stripe from gill cover to tail, black streak on tail lobe.

The second variation is the reddish brown shade.

Most Fusiliers have the ability to change their colours when moving from open water to the reef.
