Field Notes
Description:
A beautiful yellow moth - has two yellow spots with brown dots inside on the wings. The lower end of the wings are brown, patterned with yellow lines. The wings towards the head are yellow, patterned with black wavy lines. behind the head there are two black dots one behind the other. The eyes are blue as well as the antenna.
Habitat:
Sitting on the rock wall of Windjana Gorge.

After some searching I found this site: http://www.lepbarcoding.org/australia/species.php?region=1&id=68225 which (thus far) is the only one I can find that shows this moth being recorded in Western Australia (Lat: -17.511, Long: 124.253) near to where I spotted this one!!!
