Description:

Large, greyish. There seems to be a cream coloured band on its back.

Habitat:

Bathroom wall.I think the heat outside is driving the spiders to seek the comparative cool of bathrooms.

Thank you, Michael Strydom. We are having a heat wave here in Kolkata, India and I cannot blame it for seeking the cool of the bathroom. But this is the third big spider I have found here in the last month of so and am freaking out the slightest bit. Looking for Brown Huntsman spiders that fit the bill so I can get an ID...thanks for the clue.
