Field Notes

Description:

small greyish birds with long tails, crests and stubby bills. They are often seen in small groups and behave playfully toward each other. Difficult to photograph well in part because of their color and their constant movement

Habitat:

walking trail at the lodge

Notes:

I saw this guy feeding in a tree and moving branches around. Took several pictures(shown in reverse order) before I realized what I was looking at. This was my 3rd trip to Africa and my first decent mousebird photo(but not my last)
