Great spotting! I agree that this is a Flying Squirrel. It is most likely a Southern Flying Squirrel: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glaucomys_volans Northern Flying Squirrels are also found in a few areas in PA but are much more rare in the state. http://www.post-gazette.com/stories/sports/hunting-fishing/while-some-flying-squirrels-are-endangered-in-pennsylvania-others-are-surprisingly-common-and-widespread-634639/
I'm not totally sure, but that looks like a flying squirrel. Interesting!
