A somewhat marshy area. Shaded with trees. Also some Saw Palmetto.

Picture was taken at the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge.

Yeah I couldn't get good pictures of it. It was a very flighty blackish moth.

I would guess this is a Horace's Duskywing, but I can't be sure from these photos I'm afraid.
