I'm with Surekha on this, it looks like Asclepias physocarpa: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asclepias_physocarpa
Almost looks like a Mexican Chayote which grow on vines.
Hmm. I am 50-50 with this one. Surekha looks right. I wish we could see it from inside.
