Field Notes

Description:

Medium-sized, day-flying moth colored as shown. Darker spots may be obsolete or nearly so.

Habitat:

Found in leaf litter in a riparian corridor along an arroyo (dry riverbed). Surrounding habitat is vast open fields with yucca, grasses, scattered elm trees.
