Very interesting insect and nice series, I like the second picture a lot. Greetings =)
Yes, similar, but take a look at the colors of the antennae and the legs..., similar but not identical, OK also not the same stage/age.
I compared the image of the older nymph at pics 2-3 with this image which has ID keys on it -> http://www.flickr.com/photos/81177693@N00/307966199. It looks similar...
I would agree with Leptoglossus sp., really very similar. I only had picture #1, but looking at #2 you see different stages. But I am not sure about Zonatus. Looks similar, but that's in most of the nymphs of the same genus the case. And there are for sure more than Zonatus found in Colombia.
They look like Leptoglossus nymphs: http://www.flickr.com/photos/62371458@N03/7390408898 http://www.flickr.com/photos/jonathansabin/3967756490/ And most possibly Leptoglossus zonatus (Western Leaf-footed Bug): http://www.flickr.com/photos/81177693@N00/307966199 http://www.idtools.org/id/citrus/pests/factsheet.php?name=Leaf-footed+bug
Should also be Coreidae, if you look at the femur of the hindlegs. But these nymphs looks very similar to Reduviidae nymphs (Assassin Bugs). SO I am not 1005 sure.
Nice capture !!
