Description:

Libellulidae; Pantala flavescens (Fabricius, 1798). "(This Dragonfly)....is considered to be the most widespread dragonfly on the planet with good population on every continent except Antarctica although rare in Europe." Wikipedia.

Habitat:

Spotted in our front garden.

Notes:

According to Wikipedia's pictures - this specimen is a female.
