Description:

The Green Anole or "Carolina Anole" is a very common backyard lizard. They can change from green to brown. They have a throat pouch called a "dewlap" that they flash to express anger or to attract a mate. They are easy to catch but will sometimes bite. They are sold as pets in pet stores but catching them from the wild to keep as pets is NOT cool at all.

Habitat:

Notes:

If you didn't notice it, look at the picture again! This lizard has 2 tails!
