Description:
Also known as nettle-leaved figwort, this plant has dark red or brownish flowers, with 2 lips. The nettle like leaves have sharply toothed serrations not rounded lobes.
Habitat:
Found in cultivated and waste ground, soil paths and rocky places and
old walls, stream gravels.

Maltese name: Nittiena
