Description:

Rufous Brown Lemurs are endemic to Madagascar (as are all lemurs). In fact, approximately 90% of all wildlife species found in Madagascar are endemic, meaning they are found nowhere else on Earth!

Notes:

Rufous Brown Lemurs were considered to be a subspecies of the Common Brown Lemur until 2001.
