A tiny moth found on the Buckeye tree in the foothills of Mt Diablo.

Close, but markings look different to me..., but I am not sure. As I wrote before: nightmare...

Phaecasiophora confixana is an eastern US species and probably not found in California. Markings look different as well but all these Tortricidae are actually a nightmare to ID. Do you have any other picture of it? http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?hodges=2771
