Habitat:

Among invasive weeds including the host plant for the caterpillars along the margins of remnant woodlands and suburban sprawl. Still very common this late in the season

They are a pretty moth. I am surprised you don't get them. Perhaps more out in the grasslands of the "blue stone"
Beautiful little moth. I don't think we get those round here.
