The closest guess I have (I'm not great at plants) is Hydrolea corymbosa (I believe common name sky flower. https://www.google.com/search?q=Hydrolea+corymbosa&rlz=1T4GGNI_enUS489US489&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjZ7amkj-HWAhXDyyYKHXVrBq4Q_AUICigB&biw=1600&bih=737 The plant looks a little different but I think that's because your plant is still young and small.
