Spotted in a small tree beside Spencer Lake.

Rat snakes are know to climb trees and they rank as the largest snakes in Ohio. Ohio also has two water snakes and they often hang on branches around their watering holes. I'm guessing a Northern Water Snake. https://greennature.com/ohio-snakes/
