Description:
Small brown moth about 7 mm long that runs about raised way up over the substrate on long thin legs. It uses only the last 2 pair of legs for running and even runs over the top of other small insects. The first pair is small and held up tight below the thorax. Family Gracillariidae.
Habitat:
Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
