Field Notes

Description:

Small bird, about sparrow size, singing burry two syllable song in the tree tops. White belly, gray back, greenish head, with a yellow throat. Was able to get a couple shots high in the tree, and then for some reason, it flew down to a low tree within 10 feet of me, seemingly to check me out.

Habitat:

Open deciduous forest
