Field Notes

Description:

Small jumping spider, body length 6mm. Spotted feasting on an ant, which was as long as itself.

Habitat:

First spotted on Guinea grass (Urochloa maxima).

Notes:

Thank you to Robert Whyte for the possible ID on my jumping spider. This could be a new species.
