Description:

About 4 mm long, this looks like a psyllid with zebra stripes on the head and thorax :) The stripe at the top resembles a dog bone. The eyes are red and the wings are clear. Abdomen is mostly black with two white bands. Last image shows size compared to a leaf it was on.

Here it is called the tomato potato psyllid, and it looks exactly like that
Hi stho002, I'm holding on to the genus level for now. These have a slightly different band shape on the abdomen and were not found on the expected host plant.
