Aha!! Good job, Lauren! I knew it was not a moth and not a fly. Flies do not have such long antennae. But I actually did not have any IDea. Here is a nice and very similar example from US: http://www.flickr.com/photos/89733096@N00/5996144010
Hi Tatiana, this is a Psocid of the Order Psocoptera. They are really cute and are called "Bark Lice". Your's is a really pretty one with all that yellow and lavender. Nice picture!
