Fantastic Golden Eagle

Habitat:

Open desert and uplands of West Mongolia

Notes:

This is one of three Golden Eagles kept by Kazak Eagle Hunters in West Mongolia. I am loathed to call it a pet. We took it out to hunt for foxes but thankfully we didn't catch one! The other photo shows us on horse back in the snow.
