Description:

large flowered terrestrial, no leaves when its in flower

Habitat:

montane grasslands/forest, 1500m

Notes:

I spotted this orchid in flower a few times around the edges of Amboro national park. This one was in a bright patch of sunlight and that created the black background, this photo is unedited.
