Description:

Adult termites were emerging for a couple hours this morning. The local birds and lizards were very happy about this! The video shows the termites emerging from the rotting log. Immature R. hesperus can be seen at my other spotting: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/175306023

Habitat:

Rotting Avocado stump in backyard garden.
