Jerusalem sage (Ασφάκα)

Hi @Bernadette S...I know for sure that in the antiquity it's been used as a herbal tea, and that in some recipes it can replace the common sage (Salvia officinalis). Now they're extracting it's oil, to use it in beauty products (it contains anti-aging agents) or they just use it as a honey bee foraging plant, (and actually there were beehives all over the place, around the pictured plant)
