small fruit fly 3-4mm, brown/black body and pale pink to green eyes. This fly has a distinctive black patterning in wings

Habitat:

Found on hogweed but is a pest on celery and carrots where it leaf mines

Notes:

Also called the or Hogweed picture wing fly
