Field Notes

Description:

Long and thin insect with long antennae. It is tan with white stripes above the eyes, and on the back sides of each thorax segment above the legs. The last image shows what it looks like on the ground on Cedar needles.

Habitat:

Under porch light in Oak woodland - Chaparral transitional habitat. I moved it to a nearby tree to take images in better light.
