Description:

These are the Male flowers of the windmill palm, the female flowers are greenish in colour. borne in large branched panicles up to 1 m long. The tree itself is dioecious, with male and female flowers produced on separate trees. They are not fragrant but there are usually clusters of bees attracted to these flowers and which help to pollinate the two (male and female) but typically when you want to see one you cant!
